By law or unless otherwise authorised, we will not collect any of your personal information without your consent. We collect personal details to enable us to provide a quality service and products best suited to the individual’s concerns and needs.

 

Personal information will be collected by means of

• Over the phone when enquiring or booking appointments 

• A ‘client card’ you have completed at or before attending your appointment time 

• Our website, for example (if you purchase products or make a booking via our website). 

 

Of course, you are not obligated to provide us with your personal information; however, we will be unable to provide you with any service of products if you don’t.
